Ahsoka, with ease, for both rounds.

Cal and Kanan are fodder to Vader, whom Ahsoka contended with admirably, though still clearly being Vader's inferior. The Grand Inquisitor makes little difference.

Ahsoka. Current Ahsoka is above Maul tbh in Canon. She wins handily.
