Mandalorian spoilers

What does everyone think of baby Yoda?

He was either cloned, or he got some from Yaddle

Holy shit this blows.
 
1. Even something as basic as properly timed crescendoes is messed the fuck up. The soundtrack gets all big and epic in the most meaningless/moments which have no kind of build up. Why is the music from when the Mandalorian uses a machine gun the same as the music as when he discovers the baby yoda species guy?

2. The character writing is atrocious. The mandolorian is clearly established as a. not liking droids, b. not giving a shit about if bounties were brought in alive or dead. Then at the end he literally starts momming an ig droid and then kills that ig droid to save a baby. 

3. No set up for payoffs. The moment when the episode started going to shit was when the bounty hunter is told "take your mask off" as he tries to dominate the bull inidcating he needs to open himself up. He ignores this and fails hilariously again at taming the bull. Then he is told, you are a mandolorian, so you should be able to do this, he magically has  a change of heart and starts talking nice to the bull. This works and in 5 seconds he's riding this animal, a silly crescendo plays, and he doesn't even has to take the mask off. Illogical and meaningless, especially since we have zero idea what the animal he's told mandolorians can ride is

4. The flashback. The protag breaks character to say i was a "foundling" and suddenly a flashback is played with literally the same thing shown 5 times in 30 seconds. Completely out of the blue, no set up whatsoever, and character breaking.
