Well, the thing is that both Vader and Bane are canonically far, far beneath Sidious, and the same rings true for Kun and Malak in relation to Vitiate. I'd say the gaps are large enough that the two emperors can one-shot their respective inferiors, so the strength of numbers isn't enough for them to prevail here, in my opinion.

And that's without factoring in Force storms, which make this even more unfair.

Star Forge Malak still lost to a weaker version of the Revan who is below Vitiate.

Vader's amp would make a pretty massive difference but he has virtually zero control with it. DE Sidious could win, but Jerec sounds OP as hell.
