If this is in order it's massively out of it. He stops at either Plagueis in a great fight or at peak Mace in a good fight.

Why on earth is Satele even being mentioned here? She's irrelevant when discussing characters on the level of Yoda and sheev. And meetra only defeated Nihilus because his drain was ineffective against her because she was a force wound. Meetra wasn't more powerful than Nihilus.

Nihilus has shown that he is powerful without the drain. He tore star destroyer sized vessels and held them together using telekensis and ragdolled Meetra and Visas. Do you have evidence for Plageuis being on par with ROTS Sidious?

Plagueis was stated to be at worst ~tpm sheev and at best >/=Tpm sheev. Sheev's power growth from tpm to RotS has never been stated to be significant. Though RotS sheev would undoubtedly beat Plagueis it would be a brutal fight.

Also Meetra is fodder to Revan Reborn and Novel Vitiate. So the idea shes even ~plagueis let alone> is ridiculous.

Nah, it was said Sidious' power grew after Plageuis died and has better feats such as arguably defeating Yoda. Feats are also worth more than statements

Show me where it's stated or shown he's bad at combat? He beat Venamis in sabers despite Venamis having been trained specifically to counter Plaguies's style. Tenebrous also called Plagueis a master of lightsaber combat.

Plagueis in Legends has some pretty ridiculous feats/accolades (that you may be aware of):

He's described as the "most powerful Sith Lord who ever lived" on the publisher's blurb of the Plagueis hardcover, which would technically apply to Vitiate.
He, alongside Sidious, unbalanced the Force through only like a few months of intense meditation to an unprecedented degree. Earlier Tenebrous's Master, who was far weaker than Plagueis, managed to penetrate the galaxy-spanning light side bubble generated by the collective Jedi Order (including Yoda).
His midichlorian manipulation allowed Plagueis to perform Sith sorcery through sheer willpower without any talent for it (which had never been done before, on record).
It also allowed him to resist Sidious's Force lightning at point blank range for a protracted period of time, only dying because his breathing apparatus failed.
He tried to TP every living being in the galaxy and create a Forceful being, and it's implied that he only failed because the Force itself directly intervened. The threat of Plagueis's midichlorian manipulation is what most directly led to the creation of the Chosen One.

He and Sidious were casually fighting hundreds of droids and warriors at once as training exercises.

Some of these feats Dooku could potentially replicate, but I don't think he could be placed above all Sith before Plagueis like Plagueis has been explicitly, nor do I think he could replicate the unbalancing of a universal energy field or Plagueis's midichlorian manipulation. Nor is Plagueis unskilled or untrained as a combatant or duelist. He's certainly implied to be a peer or even superior of Sidious before his death, and though Sidious grew more powerful afterwards, it probably isn't as much as to make up for the astronomical gap between Dooku and himself if Dooku were stronger than Plagueis.

Where do you get that idea from? Plagueis has shown himself to be incredibly versatile and skilled in his fights with Darth Venamis and the Maladian assassins. That kind of skill, coupled with his immense power level and hax, makes him far too much for the Count.
