Full-Power JA Kun vs. RotS SIdious

I am inclined to think that JA Kun at full power would be far more powerful than his TotJ self, which could be an in-universe rationalization of the "pre-retcon" Exar Kun we see before the Sidious supremacy quotes and SF Malak quote. Can he win this?

If not, can he at least beat Plagueis?

I'm a lot more open to Kun winning here than TOTJ obviously, though I'd still favor Palpatine.

I do think he stands a chance of winning.
