Standard gear and abilities. Marr as of KOTFE. The fight takes place on neutral ground, starting distance of 10 yards. To the death - Marr needs to kill Sion twice to be considered the victor (for the sake of this battle, Sion losing twice to Marr will break his will and he'll die). No prior knowledge for either.

Darth Marr >~ Darth Nox = 4 Sith spirits. 1 Sith spirit = thousands of Massassi which are >Youngling (2000 Massassi lowballed). Darth Marr is a tier 8000 as a conservative estimate.

Darth Sion is below Traya who is below Meetra. Darth Sion is hard to quantify but should have more dark side immersion than Bane or Sidious cause of his absurd hax. Since he's below Traya however he's not too high so either a tier 8(Yoda) or higher. Anyway he's not winning. He can't be incapacitated by lightning that vaporized soldiers so he might fight again, and can't be drained but unless he's a wound he might get severed.

Anyway Marr is absurdly more powerful.
