I think Anakin actually might have an easier time with Swoop racing than Podracing.

A Podracer can go up to 900 km/h(559 mph). In fact Anakin's custom Racer was able to go 950 km/h(590 mph), having the fastest one on Tatooine.

A Swoop Bike can go up to 600 km/h(372 mph)

Anakin would probably have a much better handling since he wouldn't be going as fast. The only hurdle would be the difference in operation, but it shouldn't be too huge a difference if at all, the basic mechanics should be the same. Plus Revan didn't exactly race against others at least in the normal sense, he did race against others but in time trials and the courses weren't nearly as chaotic as the Boonta Eve Podrace that Anakin was apart of.

Tatooine would probably be fitting since both are familiar with it and both have had tracks on it. Even still, I'd have to go with Anakin for both, cause Revan isn't exactly much of a racer out of time trials, in fact I'd put racers like Dretti Grond and Ignar Ominaz above Revan as far as Swoop racing is concerned.
