Confirmation that Anakin Skywalker became Darth Vader after getting maimed by Obi-Wan Kenobi

I'm just putting this here so that people can find this information more easily. In Canon, we have this quote saying that Anakin becomes Vader after being maimed by Obi-Wan Kenobi on Mustafar:

"When Anakin Skywalker fell, both to the pull of the Dark Side and to the blade of Obi-Wan Kenobi, he rose back up, more machine than man. Having lost everything that was once dear to him, the former Chosen One must take his first steps to a darker world... As Darth Vader." -- Star Wars Darth Vader: The Chosen One Part 1.

In Legends, we have a quote saying that when Anakin had been fully healed from his injuries of Mustafar (i.e. being put in a suit), he was gone and became Darth Vader:

"Unfortunately, Obi-Wan Kenobi was not the teacher Qui-Gon Jinn had been, though he did his best to train Anakin. Over time, Obi-Wan and Anakin became enemies and met in a climatic battle. Anakin was mortally injured in the battle, but he was sustained by his rage-the dark side kept him alive. It also changed him, stripping away the last vestiges of his idealistic youth. When he was finally healed, Anakin Skywalker was gone. In his place was Darth Vader, Sith Lord." -- The Dark Side Sourcebook.

A lot of people think that Anakin became Darth Vader the moment he recieved the name from Palpatine during his turn to the dark side, but Vader isn't just a mere name, it's an identity that's psychologically separated from Anakin. Anakin only fully becomes Vader when he recieved his cybernetic suit after getting maimed by Obi-Wan Kenobi, so prior to that, he hadn't fully succumbed to the dark side of the Force. Not to mention, we also have to remember that Padme dies the moment that Vader's cybernetic transformation is ready, Padme was the thing that meant everything to Anakin, he went out of his way to murder younglings for the sake of her survival, and let's not forget Anakin's redemption arc is contingent on family bond because his own son, Luke, brought back back to the Light in Return of the Jedi, Padme is family to him because she was his wife.
