Hord was rivalled only by Lord Kallig, who after millennia of having his spirit drained by Vitiate:
Could cause a Force lightning storm over the Dark Temple which lasted a week, by waking up:
Kallig then dominated the minds of thousands of slaves and Sith simply by dreaming that he was still living his old life:
Kallig then went a step further though to reinforce his delusion and imbued those he dominated with fractions of his own power:
These fractions were each capable of overpowering his descendant Kallig(Later Darth Nox) as well as the future Emperor's Wrath upon them challenging whether or not the slaves were actually powerful:
NOTE: Nox having already beaten Khem Val, a giant Terentatek and beats Darth Skotia. Whereas the Wrath had already killed the Beast of Marka Ragnos; a beast so strong in the dark side its death caused tremors in the Force as well as Lord Grathan who 'few' Sith are as powerful as and who survived being attacked by the entire Sith Empire on Dromund Kaas within the Dark Citadel and made it to his compound.
Then Hord goes on to absorb the power of a thousand Jedi in a far more impressive manner than Nox merely binding spirits:
Yeah, Hord is just far more impressive.
Star Wars the Old Republic wrote:Burial place, prison, and reliquary, the Dark Temple was built on the orders of the Emperor to seal away powerful artifacts and the Emperor's enemies, both alive and dead. The temple became a nexus of dark side energy as the Emperor performed rituals within, drawing strength and knowledge from his captives.
Could cause a Force lightning storm over the Dark Temple which lasted a week, by waking up:
The Dark Temple Codex Entry wrote:The temple itself remained sealed until recently, when an expedition of power-hungry Sith Lords and their servants breached the gateway.
The Dark Council did not sanction this intrusion, nor did it punish the rogue Sith; no one returned from the expedition to punish. Violent electrical storms surrounded the temple for the first week after it was opened.
Lord Allaric wrote:"They awoke an ancient sith lord - Lord Kallig - and their expedition plunged into madness."
Lord Kallig Codex Entry wrote:--and that the strange events in the Dark Temple on Dromund Kaas have Kallig at their center.
Kallig then dominated the minds of thousands of slaves and Sith simply by dreaming that he was still living his old life:
Lord Kallig wrote:"When the weaklings of this planet trespassed my tomb, I rose, resuming my former life. This temple became my kingdom, and I was once more a Lord of the Sith."
Kallig then went a step further though to reinforce his delusion and imbued those he dominated with fractions of his own power:
Lord Allaric wrote:"His power overwhelmed all inside the temple, and even now workers plot wars against each other, believing themselves Sith Lords and drawing terrible power from Kallig himself."
Lord Zash wrote:"This artifact is one of five that together describe a peculiar ritual used by the great Tulak Hord when he conquered the Dromund system."
"These artifacts will change everything, apprentice--you, especially. They will make you more powerful than you could imagine. I have foreseen it."
Star Wars the Old Republic wrote:At last you have gathered the fragments of Tulak Hord’s artifact and are ready to undergo the ritual. Darth Zash has promised that this ritual will give you great power, and that soon, the galaxy will kneel before you.
Force-Walking Codex Entry wrote:Three hundred years after Tulak Hord, the Sith Ergast tried to recreate the ritual the Dark Lord used to devour the spirits of his enemies at Yn and Chabosh. In its place, he discovered what he called the ritual of Force-walking. Requiring a Sith of great strength of will, the ritual of Force-walking allows the user to bind the restless ghosts of dead Sith to himself. Once the ghosts are bound, the ritualist may draw from their power, channeling it into a powerful exertion of Force energy against his enemies.
Star Wars the Old Republic Encyclopedia wrote:One of Khem Val's proudest victories came during the Battle of Chabosh, where he fought by Tulak Hord's side to conquer an army of Jedi 1,000 strong.
Yeah, Hord is just far more impressive.

Absence of evidence doesn't equate to the reverse. And unless your reading comprehension is genuinely atrocious I just proved that Hord is draining a 1,000 Jedi removed from a far more powerful Kallig than the spirit that did everything I just listed above.
