Rules
EW is bloodlusted (e.g. like during his fight with Baras). HoT is morals on but perfectly willing to kill if necessary.
R1: Sabers.
R2: Force.
R3: All-out.
Bonus #1: HoT gets Kira while the EW gets dark side Jaesa. Who wins?
Bonus #2: HoT gets Kira and Scourge while the EW gets their entire crew (ds Jaesa, Vette, Quinn, Pierce, Broonmark). Who wins?
Bonus #3: HoT and EW vs novel Revan. Who wins?

I think it was Bioware's intent for HoT to be the most powerful protag tbh. His story is the main storyline of Swtor. Everything revolves around him.

The Wrath has insane feats too though. This would be a cool debate.

R2: The Wrath (Better Force feats)
R3: All-out. The Wrath (Close fight)
Bonus #1: HoT gets Kira while the EW gets dark side Jaesa. Who wins? Team Wrath
Bonus #2: HoT gets Kira and Scourge while the EW gets their entire crew (ds Jaesa, Vette, Quinn, Pierce, Broonmark). Who wins? Scourge solos all of the Wrath's crew. Perhaps the only difficulty is Jaesa, but Kira can help turn the tide. The Hero of Tython and Wrath duels pretty even, and once the Wrath's team is dead, the Wrath himself dies. I can probably see team Wrath winning if they have prep-time because Malavai Quinn as seen in the SWTOR games developed droids to counter the Wrath's fighting style (Though it failed) as well as 1 shot one of the Wrath's companion with prep.
Bonus #3: HoT and EW vs novel Revan. Who wins? Realistically speaking, the HoT would simply gang up with Revan and kill the Wrath. Anything above Shadow of Revan wins against novel Revan.
