Honestly, Ive been doing some reading on bane, and he is kinda fucking strong. I don't put him nearly as low as I did before. He loses in all out, but I think his skill, smarts and exp can give him a win in a duel. And while he may be less powerful than sk, he is more skilled and has more powers, alongside being smarter

not to sound wanky as fuck, but drew does list novel vititate and bane in the same... list? and he does call them all powerful sith. im starting to think that bane is not nearly as weak as what we tihnk him to be.

Drew is also a bit of a moron when it comes to writing power levels, hence the confusion with Revan and Vitiate and why Meetra was pathetic in the novel.

i suppose i can agree to that, but it doenst take away the fact that he did write all 3 bane novels with the intent on making him strong, stronger than a lot of sith he could think of (them being nyriss, emperor's wrath, and possibly vitiate pre novel and darth revan), and he still thinks that bane's prime ~ novel vitiate, even if it does sound somewhat ridiculous. Bane does have one or two statements saying that is the strongest sith by the end of POD in centuries, and he grew MASSIVELY since that. Im honestly not starting to think it ridiculous that he could be aroud malgus' lvl by his prime, maybe stronger. After giving it some though, almost nothing says that bane is as weak as we think him to be. almost all of his low showings have some sort of circumstance to them as well, so we can barely bring him down by using them.
