Marr and Satele because of them being at the top of their respective faction as powerhouse which will put them above people of the power of Darth Nyriss which is able to defeat both Meetra and Scourge.

Prime Marr and Satele are more powerful but Satele is the weak link in sabers. Team 1 takes it.

Based on the wank I've heard current Scourge has he should be able to take Marr, leaving Meetra to take down Satele, which she should be able to do imo.
