SoD Maul and DD Quinlan Vos vs Rebels Ahsoka and RotS Kenobi

Who wins?

Team 1 because Vos beat Dooku.

Kenobi can beat DD Vos. ABC logic doesn't work here. Vos beat Dooku because his sporadic and unpredictable style worked to disrupt Dooku's rhythm. Vos's super aggressive style would play into Kenboi's defensive technique nor would Kenobi be confused by his unpredictability so long as he relies on the Force to anticipate Vos's manoeuvres as he did against Grievous. 

SOD Maul and Kenobi are evenly matched for the most part but Kenobi probably leaves himself open to a Force grip. Shouldn't happen yet it always does seem to happen. SOD Maul and DD Vos have Ashoka outmatched, but they aren't stomps.

If Kenobi fights Vos it could go either way. If Kenobi fights Maul, team 1 should almost always win.

I doubt Vos could replicate that again. Knowing him, he probably underestimated Quinlan.

Team 2. More powerful and Obi-Wan is skilled enough for both of them.
