Probably 8/10 for Obi-Wan. I think Obi-Wan is marginally more powerful and more skilled but Nyriss is lethal when it comes to combining her powers with her saber skills, and she's also pretty versatile and knowledgeable, so she'll give Obi-Wan a hell of a fight and keep him on his toes.

Kenobi wins sabers. Could see arguments for Nyriss winning round 2 and 3 though.

Nyriss is quite unimpressive when you consider that despite being on an extremely powerful dark side nexus she was still in the one shot range for Revan. Kenobi wins without too much difficulty.

Her being bellow Revan is hardly unimpressive considering she fought beat both Scourge and Meetra beforehand. While Meetra was possibly weakened by the nexus, Scourge would be amped by it just like Nyriss

What does this version of Scourge have that makes him so impressive when compared to Kenobi? 
And, tbf, I don’t think Nyriss would be able to replicate what she did against Meetra and Scourge under normal circumstances. Kenobi, by contrast, was outside the ragdoll range for tier 9 Knightfall Vader. It seems much better.

@MasterCilghal: Consider the Exile’s best feats are while weighed down by a far stronger nexus and that Scourge is a dark sider.

Being a supposed equal to Meetra, being a darksider on a DS nexus, and killing a dark council member + two acolytes are probaly the most noteable reasons he's impressive.

Kenobi stood against tier 9 Mustafar Vader, while Nyriss got oneshotted by Revan.

Kenobi is obviously superior, however the question is can he block Nyriss' lightning with Tutaminis? Kenobi performed quite nice Tutaminis feats in the past but would it be enough to defend himself against Force Lightning?

Depends, Nyriss being able to oneshot Meetra + Scourge as well as her charged lightning having the capability to disintegrate them is rather impressive. I think that Nyriss is the epitome of a SWTOR Sith Sorcerer; if she has enough range & time, she is devastatingly powerful, but if you get in close, she’ll fall quickly.

She was literally about to kill Meetra in sabers only a few seconds into the fight before Scourge came in to save her.

By the way how do we quantify Nyriss' base powers as she was amped by the Dark Side nexus?

Well, the main argument for Nyriss is that she stomped Meetra, and all of Meetra's best showings (e.g. beating Kreia) happen on a DS nexus more potent than Kaas, so we do have a way to quantify Nyriss's base powers (she's able to stomp Kreia).

Hmm, currently I am replaying KOTOR 2 (finished Nar Shadda, Telos, Dantooine and Korriban), it has been years since I played it so after I finished it once more, I'll return for Nyriss, Kreia and Meetra scalings.
