Anakin and Mace > Vaylin and Outlander. Skill and power.
Arcann vs Dooku is kind of tertiary at that point but Dooku could definitely win that. Dooku could also best the other two, especially psychobitch!Vaylin.
Point being if Dooku has a fair shot at any of the three Anakin and Mace are too much.

Team 2 with room to spare. Peak Mace and Anakin are both tier nine combatants capable of hanging with Yoda and Palpatine in combat, and Dooku's not that far behind. Arcann's definitely inferior to the trio in every category, and Vaylin lacks the mastery to beat any of them either. If the Outlander manages to defeat Dooku (which I'm actually rather doubtful of), Anakin and Mace will have already slaughtered Vaylin and Arcann and be moving to double-team.

Team 2 probably. Vaylin would be exploited pretty badly by everyone on team 2 when they manage to close the distance. Team 1 can't 2v3.

Honestly I think Unchained Vaylin might possibly be a worse combatant than her Chained self when it comes to fighting high tier characters. Her Unchained self might be better at killing large amounts of fodder but having your attacks blow up in your face mid-fight is gonna make it a lot easier for someone to kill her if they are capable of getting past the force onslaught. That's just my hot take.
