As the Rule of Two had been in place for almost five hundred years by the time Gean defeated Gravid, it's reasonable to assume that she should be considerably more powerful than Bane and Zannah. Almost another five hundred years later, Plagueis would replace Tenebrous - and both of these Sith Lords should be able to defeat Arcann. The outcome of this battle depends on just where Gean's power lies on a scale from Zannah to Tenebrous. If she's more or less half-way between these two - which she could feasibly be considering the chronology I just outlined - I think she'd be very closely matched with Arcann. The prosthetics may be a significant factor in this fight: if Gean was proficient with lightning, she'd presumably have to forfeit this ability after her fight with Gravid. On the other hand, she may have gained durability and other advantages shared by suited Vader, General Grievous etc.
After giving my analysis some thought it's a shame to be undecided, but I really think this fight could go either way.

What I mean is prime condition but with her power level exceeding Gravid.

Um, no. "Right after" means right after, not when she has had the time to recuperate and retrofit herself with cybernetics.

Misconception that needs to die. Vader's suit was specifically made to be susceptible to lightning. A more accurate comparison would be darth malgus who also had the ability to use force lightning. Its an ability Vader is incapable of given his specific cybernetics.
