Maul is probably closer to various versions of Sheev than Malak thanks to scaling, especially non-SF Malak. I also think he wins a comparison of feats and accolades generally.

Maul wins unless it is SF Malak.

@HellfireUnit and @ILS I changed the description and made it to where Maul will fight both SF Malak and Pre-SF Malak in 2 separate rounds

Well, then SF Malak should win considering his mastery of the Force is greater than Maul and I don't think Maul's raw power would be enough to resist against Star Forge amp.

Depends on how you wank Malak's scaling via Darth Revan and the SF. I think the safe bet is Maul though. Solid accolades, direct scaling from Sidious etc.
