Given Vitiate was about a thousand years before the novel, stronger than Naga Sadow. Then I'd wager; given Sadow's canonically far, far more powerful than either 67BBY Plagueis or Tenebrous, Vitiate's definitely giving a hard fight here.
It depends on what placement you have for Plagueis compared to Yoda or Dooku. We know Dooku's far, far below Sidious so you can't exactly assume that Dooku's beyond Plagueis's level. It also depends on how much power Vitiate gained in the like nine hundred years between the novel and the Nathema ritual. We know he's pretty much always growing in power.
Vitiate could be MVP or he could lose to both depending upon the above.
Revan's probably on par with Dooku at this point, just given how sharply Revan scales from the Exiles who just roflstomp Adas like the comparative fodder he is. Even though he's canonically > prime Qui-Gon Jinn.

Yoda can decisively beat either of them; and Dooku can likewise beat either of them (though, unlike Yoda, he'd do so in the fight of his life).

There is literally nothing suggesting that
Because you narrow down your focus to a poorly written novel which is actually better at highlighting its author's cognitive dissonance than Vitiate's capabilities.
The novel contain following revelation in fact:
"If we can learn how this happened, we might be able to use it to bring the Emperor down. Remember that all those who have direct access to the Emperor—the Emperor’s Voice, the Emperor’s Hand, the soldiers in the Imperial Guard—are under his spell. Breaking that spell, turning his most loyal followers against him, is our best chance of defeating him and saving the Empire from his mad plan to attack the Republic."
Wait... The Emperor's Voice?

There is/was much more to Vitiate as of the novel than the mere body Revan and his allies were up against. And there was no guarantee that THEY could defeat it.

Much about Vitiate and his POWERS were a MYSTERY to audience until the Knights of the Eternal Throne expansion set provided much-needed insight by connecting numerous dots. There are additional aspects to Vitiate which will be unlocked/discussed in a new expansion set.
Scores of members here somehow forget that Vitiate as of the novel was about 1000 years old and close to demonstrating his SWTOR levels of strength and galactic reach. Vitiate one-shotted an entire rebellious Dark Council [earlier] and was producing long-term effects on two worlds as of the novel - his subjects did not knew much on the other hand. Darth Nyriss was in the process of investigating Vitiate and she was increasingly spooked....
"I found Valkorion centuries ago."
Vitiate split into The Sith Emperor and The Immortal Emperor soon after the events of the novel - two VOICES at the same time (each managing a different civilization and coping with all manner of risks involved). This in addition to producing long-term effects on two worlds at the same time. Feats like lifting hundreds of objects sound small in comparison now... really small...
Children emerged at a later stage though (a new experiment and addition to an already comprehensive set of feats/activities) - The Children expanded footprint of Vitiate across the galaxy through themselves (like nodes of the same network) but this was a virtually permanent draw on his essence.
When I look at Vitiate, I have all aspects of this entity in mind.
Yoda was a very powerful Force-user as well but nowhere close to replicating Vitiate as a whole - never 'stress-tested' to matching extent (not even close). Yoda did not even knew about how to preserve his spirit until Qui-Gon Jinn found a way and taught him. And just one battle with Palpatine was sufficient to erode his will to fight further. Vitiate had been through a lot in comparison including suffering near-reboots, only to come back stronger and more capable than before.
Vitiate is on another level in comparison to Yoda - all aspects considered. Comparing an entity having galactic reach with a natural...

Revan (Reborn) being below Count Dooku? Since when?
