Malora just gets stabbed in the back while she's distracted searching another Jedi temple for more porno material.

Darth Malora is primarily noted for her works in the domain of Sith Alchemy which are impressive to say the least.
She attempted to challenge Darth Malgus on one occasion, only to be sent packing off the cliff. But she survived the FALL which was considerable to say the least. In the aftermath, she remarked that it would take much more to destroy a member of the Dark Council. She is likely correct in this.

As Nihilus's Shadow Hand, Visas was second only to him at the time among the Sith. She destroyed legions of lesser Sith with lightning on Dxun and seemingly effortlessly soloed a trio of Sith Masters with it in Freedon Nadd's tomb.

Member Azronger made a good case for Visar Marr in this thread (it does establish how formidable she was and Meetra Surik by extension). She would be stronger than a large number of familiar characters no doubt.
But take a look at the official promotion content of The Onslaught expansion set of the overarching SWTOR project:
The Jedi Order is virtually non-existent by the time of the events of The Onslaught expansion set. Jedi Masters Gnost-Dural and Tau Idair are among the few survivors, and The Alliance Commander is making it possible for the Republic to counter moves of the Sith Empire.
It clearly establish Darth Malora being capable of exchanging blows with both The Alliance Commander and the seasoned Jedi Master Tau Idair in isolation.
The Alliance Commander; Jedi Master Tau Idair; and Darth Malgus; a TIER of Force-using characters FAR ABOVE the pay grade of Visas Marr IMHO.
Gnost-Dural is also one of the most powerful Jedi Masters. He does have very impressive combative history of his own.
Darth Malgus's effort to kill Darth Malora by sending her packing off the mountain, did not work actually. Darth Malora was able to cushion her fall and reiterated that it would take a lot more than this strategy to kill her (you do not become a member of the Dark Council just like that).
I have also noticed that proficiency in Sith Alchemy is one way to establish raw power of a Force-user. This is apparent from textual content and achievements of some of the most powerful Sith to have ever existed. If a Sith is really good in the domain of Sith Alchemy and Dark Sciences by large, expect him to be very strong and capable of surprises otherwise.
So....

On the ancient Jedi world of Ossus, the Sith Empire strikes the first blow in a renewed war against the Galactic Republic. As Commander of your Alliance, you must choose your loyalties: will you support your own faction, or secretly sabotage their efforts in order to support your former enemies?
In your fight, join forces with the galaxy’s most powerful Jedi Masters and Sith Lords – old and new – including seasoned Jedi Tau Idair, Master Gnost-Dural, and the ruthless Dark Councilor Darth Malora. Also, team up with beloved Companions including Doc, Nadia Grell, Jaesa Willsaam, and Khem Val.

Seriously though, Malora is virtually featless. She didn't get to the Dark Council due to her raw power but because of her scientific abilities, and her best feat is surviving a Force push from Malgus and a 100 foot or so fall. Visas slaughters.
