Dragon Age: Who is the most powerful character?

For those familiar with the Dragon Age games who in your opinion is the most powerful character? Note the characters are at their prime, meaning the Inquisitor can manipulate the fade etc. here

The Maker--assuming he exists-- is at the top. After that it becomes less clear. Solas, Dumat and the Titans are all contenders but there's no way to say who's superior. If you're referring to the player characters then my money is on the Inquisitor

Dumat being at the top or near is interesting, since Ameridan states that the Dragon at Frostback Basin rivals his power, which the Inquisitor beat. Is the Inquisitor also then near the top of the hierarchy of power?
