talzin imo, in all three. her scaling just puts her too far above him, nexus or not

2. Leaning Talzin. While I'm not sure she's ~ Sidious (see the scan below, where the lightning seems to be a lot closer to Talzin than Sidious), she's at least in the ROTS titans ballpark while on Dathomir.
3. Kun again.

Kun is a very legitimate threat to pre-ESB Sidious, nevermind pre-TPM which is when this incarnation of Talzin is coming from.

Where do you actually hold Kun? Relative to PT/OT. Same with Revan, Meetra, Malak, Vitiate (SWTOR), and Valk?

Kun? I'd say he's on the tier of ROTS top dogs, like both of Revan and Krayt are in their respective primes. With KF Vader solidly above all of them.

I imagine you consider this contradictory to the idea that he threatens pre-ESB Sheev. Well, I'm not overly convinced that Sheev's growth between ROTS and ESB is all that much given his struggle against Marek in TFU, who is sub-Yoda. I'm not saying that he didn't grow at all, but not to the degree that he's far above himself as of EoROTS. It's the extra few years into ROTJ Palpatine where the gap is overly major.

Meetra I hold near Reborn Revan, so Mustafar Kenobi level. SWTOR Vitiate is well up there with ROTJ Palpatine. Valkorion and DE Sheev are all-time GOATs with FOTJ Luke a close third and KF Vader after them.

I find rankings pretty nebulous though, honestly. Like, I consider it far more complicated than most people tend to.

Talzin at that time period had not even unified the Nightsisters before Maul had been taken as an apprentice to Sheev.............That was 54 BBY, for reference, over twenty years before Zalem's death. 

I am not seeing how Kun doesn't just shit all over a much younger and likely weaker version of Talzin.

I'm blind, didn't see this was pre-TPM Talzin. Kun ragdolls.

This is a vastly pre-prime Talzin. She loses, and badly.
