Marcus Aurelius is worth a skim.
Detailed biological evolution books are thought provoking.

Finished reading the Hobbit recently, and now I am currently re-reading The Fellowship of the Ring. While I understand why Tom Bombadil was cut from the film (or really everything from Frodo & Sam leaving the Shire to reaching the Prancing Pony was heavily truncated) I am a tad disappointed that good ole Tom has never appeared in live action.

War and Peace by Tolstoy.
Extremely long and focus-requiring, but really worth it. Especially if translation is good, or if you're capable, in original Russian - Tolstoy's prose skills are insane.

I've read almost everything J.R.R Tolkien has written.
I've read the Silmarilion a few times, and I just finished listening to a podcast series that went through the entire book, and another podcast that covered aspects of Morgoth's Ring and Unfinished Tales.
------------
I'm currently reading Dante's Inferno and the new Bram Stoker's Dracula starring Bela Legosi graphic novel that was recently released.
