For Ti, it depends on how much she improved. She's a hard character to judge given she has literally no feats in TFU apart from doing good against Galen on an LS nexus after he'd fought through an army of Felucians.

As for Paratus and Kota, I definitely think Vader can stomp them. Kota already got stomped and Paratus really doesn't have that many great feats and his implied in-universe standing is below Jedi council tier.

Mundi wills the victory, as his concern for a certain droid attack on the Wookiees amps him tenfold.
