First 2 seasons are amazing. Third is amazing at points but kinda eh overall. Watch it in any case though.

Westworld. The greatest I have watched in the last decade. Also recently, I had opportunity to see The Boys which was wholesome and loved it. Besides these two, I enjoyed Altered Carbon.

The Office, South Park, The Oz and Entourage are my favorite.
Other top tiers would be Breaking Bad, Game of Thrones, Westworld, Bates Motel, Sons of Anarchy, Curb Your Enthusiasm and a few more I probably missed.
Shows like Spartacus, Narcos etc. are also pretty good for guilty pleasure.

@KingofBlades I love all the critical analysis in your post. Care to explain why it's not? Keep in mind I don't watch that many TV shows, and the one's I watch aren't super popular (So don't go harping on about BREAKING BAD and GAME OF THRONES or whatever the fuck you watch, chances are, I haven't seen it).

I'm mostly hating on Stranger things just to trigger you. I actually like Stranger Things quite a bit. It's just I've seen better. Some off the top of my head are House MD and Vikings

ST was quite well produced and executed. Haven't seen S3 yet though.
OT - For all times, South Park is the best series that I would rate and love.
